	&lt;p&gt;We are &lt;em&gt;dedicated&lt;/em&gt; to using Sonoma County products in peak season. We &lt;em&gt;promote&lt;/em&gt; our local farmers and vendors and their products. We have &lt;em&gt;confidence&lt;/em&gt; you will taste the difference. Our commitment to you. . . all of our baked goods are fresh and natural and, of course, our cakes contain:&lt;/p&gt;

		&lt;li&gt;Pure cane sugar &lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;Sea salt&lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;Training with some of the greats in Paris really set my standards for how I wanted to create our product and run our business. We have alway operated our retail, wholesale and wedding cake business this way and it continues in our mail order cake enterprise.&lt;/p&gt;</body-html>
