Shipping Policies

How Orders Are Processed:

To guarantee freshness our perishable products are shipped UPS Next Day Air. We are at the mercy of shippers.

All orders recieved are generally shipped within 24 hours of you recieving a confirmation email from us. Orders are shipped Tuesday through Thursday during non holiday times. During holidays we ship Monday through Thursday and orders may take longer to process.

We encourage advanced ordering to eliminate disappointment during holidays.

We can not ship Friday for a Saturday delivery through this website. Please call us at (707) 827-7998.

Street addresses only. UPS will not ship to PO boxes. We also require a phone number.

Addressee must be available to sign. We cannot be responsible for orders left unattended at the front door. We cannot be responsible for packages lost, stolen or damaged after delivery.

Let Them Mail Cake cannot be responsible for packages that have been returned to us as undeliverable. The customer will still be charged. The customer will be charged for a reship.

We cannot guarantee orders received due to incorrect shipping information or delays due to weather conditions or other reasons that are out of our control.

Refund Policy:

We hand pack everything with care. Please contact us if interior merchandise is recieved damaged. If the outside packaging has been damaged by UPS please do not accept, send back and contact us. Refunds on shipping charges due to damaged merchandise will be reviewed on an individual basis.
