Polka Dot Cake

Especially appropriate for Easter but lovely as a birthday cake. A 4 layer white butter cake studded with Scharffen Berger 70% bittersweet chocolate chunks. Three layers of a wickedly creamy chocolate fudge and a middle layer of our house made raspberry preserves with whole berries. Also available in a key lime butter based cake with zingy key lime curd and while chocolate buttercream. Enrobed with a fine European rolling fondant and sprinkled with pastel polka dots.
